Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draughtsman with over 10 plus years of expertise in building construction projects. The ideal candidate will support our GCC operations, preparing high-quality drawings, detailed plans, and technical documentation as per project requirements and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, modify, and update architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and project managers for drawing requirements and design clarifications.
Develop detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings in line with project specifications.
Ensure all drawings comply with Oman municipal standards, building codes, and company drafting guidelines.
Maintain and update drawing logs, document control, and revision records.
Review architectural inputs from consultants, identify discrepancies, and raise RFIs where required.
Support the preparation of tender drawings, BOQ take-offs, and design presentations as needed.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery of all drafting outputs.
Pay: ₹38,007.16 - ₹50,888.56 per month
