Parsewave is hiring sharp, curious people for a paid AI Dataset Quality Fellowship.
You’ll work on synthetic AI data quality: reviewing AI-generated tasks, spotting vague or broken outputs, improving weak examples, and helping us maintain high-quality datasets for advanced AI systems.
This is not a passive data annotation role. It is fast-paced, production-oriented work for people who already have some hands-on familiarity with AI tools and can learn quickly by doing.
Good fit if you have:
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written reasoning
- Comfort with fast-paced, self-directed work
- Interest in AI, datasets, evals, QA, coding, or technical writing
Useful skills:
Python, Linux, Bash, Docker, GitHub, APIs, JSON/YAML, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, QA/testing, technical writing.
