We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can build our online presence, generate quality leads, and grow our travel community.
Job Location
DCM, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
⏰ Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month (First 2 Months)
Performance-based salary revision after the probation period.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Generate high-quality leads through paid campaigns
- Increase Instagram & Facebook followers organically
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn)
- Create engaging content strategies for travel campaigns
- Monitor ad performance, CPL, ROAS and campaign analytics
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives
- Handle social media calendar and daily posting
- Manage and guide the marketing team
- Improve brand awareness and customer engagement
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI tools
✅ Required Skills
- Experience in Meta Ads Manager
- Strong knowledge of Lead Generation Campaigns
- Social Media Marketing expertise

- Audience Targeting & Retargeting
- Campaign Optimization

- Basic Canva/Creative Understanding
- Analytical mindset with reporting skills
- Team Handling & Leadership abilities
⭐ Preferred Experience
- 1–3 Years in Digital Marketing
- Experience in Travel, Tourism or Hospitality Industry is a plus
- Proven track record of generating leads and growing social media pages
