Job Description
The Anaamalais Group is hiring an experienced HR Executive for our automobile division in Tirunelveli.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Payroll processing
- PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
- HR generalist activities
- Employee attendance and leave management
- Employee records and HR documentation
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile industry
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, PF, ESIC, and HR Generalist functions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
- Local candidates from Tirunelveli or nearby locations are preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
