Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Visualization Architect / Architectural Visualizer with strong expertise in creating high-quality architectural renders, walkthroughs, and 3D visualizations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Lumion, 3ds Max, and rendering software and be able to transform architectural concepts into realistic visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create photorealistic architectural exterior and interior renders.
- Develop 3D models, walkthroughs, animations, and visual presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams.
- Prepare conceptual and presentation visuals for clients.
- Produce high-quality still images and animated walkthroughs.
- Optimize models, lighting, textures, and rendering quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of visualization projects.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Lumion
- Proficiency in 3ds Max
- Knowledge of V-Ray or Corona Renderer
- Experience in architectural visualization and rendering
- Understanding of architectural drawings and design concepts
- Knowledge of materials, lighting, landscaping, and texturing
- Ability to create walkthroughs and animation videos

Education
