Job Summary GREETER
The Greeter in a jewellery store is responsible for welcoming customers, managing initial customer interaction, guiding visitors to the appropriate sales staff, and ensuring a pleasant and professional showroom experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Welcome & Assistance
- Welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
- Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the concerned sales executive or department.
- Offer seating, refreshments, and assistance when required.
Customer Flow Management
- Manage customer waiting queues during rush hours.
- Coordinate customer appointments and token systems if applicable.
- Ensure smooth customer movement inside the showroom.
Front Desk Operations
- Maintain visitor records and customer footfall data.
- Handle incoming calls and basic customer inquiries.
- Support showroom reception activities.
Customer Experience
- Ensure customers feel comfortable and attended throughout their visit.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and hospitality standards.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Showroom Coordination
- Coordinate with sales staff and managers for customer handling.
- Assist during exhibitions, festive sales, and promotional events.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
Security Awareness
- Stay alert regarding showroom security procedures.
- Monitor customer entry and exit as per company guidelines.

Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience
