Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented TDS Compliance Executive to manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance activities for multiple clients. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate deduction, deposit, reporting, and reconciliation of TDS in accordance with applicable tax laws and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Compute and verify TDS deductions under various sections of the Income Tax Act.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Forms 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, and 27EQ).
- Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16, Form 16A).
- Reconcile TDS data with Form 26AS, TRACES, and client records.
- Monitor due dates for TDS payments and return filings to ensure timely compliance.
- Handle notices, defaults, and communications received from the Income Tax Department.
- Download and validate justification reports from TRACES.
- Assist clients in resolving TDS mismatches and correction statements.
- Maintain compliance documentation and client records.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal teams regarding TDS-related matters.
- Stay updated on amendments and changes in direct tax laws.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of TDS provisions under the Income Tax Act.
- Experience in filing TDS returns and correction statements.
- Familiarity with TRACES, Income Tax Portal, and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a CA firm, tax consultancy, accounting firm, or corporate tax department.
- Exposure to payroll TDS, vendor TDS, and foreign remittance compliance is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
