Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Freshers are welcome.
- 0–1 year of experience in reservations, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage).
- Basic understanding of reservation systems and booking management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Reservations and Booking Management
- Process and confirm reservations through various booking channels.
- Update guest information, maintain accurate records, and assist with payment processing.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.
- Create and maintain reservation records within the booking system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and services.
- Assist guests with special requests, including early check-in, late check-out, and room preferences.
- Provide accurate information regarding property policies, amenities, and travel-related assistance.
- Ensure booking details are communicated clearly for a smooth reservation experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue & Sales teams to ensure timely booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to facilitate seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Share guest preferences and special requests with relevant teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily records of reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
- Monitor booking trends and provide insights into occupancy and demand patterns.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance within reservation systems.
- Ensure all bookings comply with VOYE HOMES’ reservation, cancellation, and refund policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
