KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding Arth Vritt Capital Services market presence in the finance & management consulting space.
2. Identify and develop new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research
3. Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and capability presentations to prospective clients
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, MSMEs, and promoters
5. Coordinate with internal teams (debt syndication, CFO services, real estate finance) to structure and cross-sell service offerings
6. Track pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools
7. Represent ArthVritt at industry events, seminars, and financial forums
8. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
9. Build team below him
10. Negotiate and close mandates with clients
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
