Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machines for production activities. The candidate should be able to load raw material, operate the machine, monitor machining processes, inspect finished parts, and maintain quality standards.
Freshers with technical background / ITI / diploma can also apply. Training can be provided for suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines as per production requirements
- Load and unload raw materials / finished components
- Read job cards, drawings, and work instructions
- Set basic machine parameters (as required)
- Monitor machine performance during operation
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments
- Ensure finished parts meet quality standards
- Maintain production records and job sheets
- Report machine issues or breakdowns to supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and safety around machine area
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations
- Understanding of production workflow
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings
- Attention to quality and accuracy
- Ability to work in shifts if required
Eligibility / Qualification
- ITI (Machinist / Turner / Fitter / CNC Operator
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant machine operating experienceExperience
