- Update them on the various available online courses suitable for their career advancement.
- Make the professionals understand the benefits on pursuing the online courses.
- Ensure periodic follow ups are done to onboard the professionals on suitable career advancement courses.
- Ensure the support and guidance to the professionals through out the online course to ensure the successful completion of the course.
- Ensure timely achievement of monthly plans.
