Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Technical IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment to join our growing team in Visakhapatnam.
The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing and closing candidates for IT positions with Tier-1 IT services companies and implementation partners. Experience working on MSP/VMS-based requirements is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and Boolean search.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate technical and client interviews.
- Submit candidate profiles through vendor/MSP portals as required.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records.
- Follow up with candidates through offer rollout and onboarding.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
- Ensure quality submissions and compliance with recruitment processes.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, Data Engineering, QA, Business Analyst, and Full Stack Development.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Experience working on MSP/VMS or implementation partner requirements is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
