Overview
A content- and UX-led digital lead responsible for the day-to-day management, design, and performance of our client's multi-site web ecosystem, built primarily on HubSpot and Sitecore.
Serves as the central point of coordination between Digital, Marketing, CRM, Technology, and stakeholder teams — owning website content, landing page design, and governance, and acting as the liaison to technical teams whenever a tech issue needs to be logged, tracked, or resolved.
This is a content, UX, and project-management role — not a developer or software engineering role. The person in this role does not write custom code; they build and design pages using existing templates, modules, and the native drag-and-drop builders in HubSpot and manage content within Sitecore's authoring environment.
Platform Experience
Candidates must be able to speak to hands-on, project-level work — not just a tool listed on a resume — in all three of the following:
- HubSpot CMS — building and publishing pages/landing pages using HubSpot's drag-and-drop editor, modules, and templates (HubSpot CRM/marketing-hub exposure is a strong plus).
- Sitecore — managing and updating website content within Sitecore's CMS/authoring environment.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day website content management — new pages, campaign landing pages, website launches, updates, and content-related issue resolution.
- Act as the central owner of the website content ecosystem, coordinating with marketing, CRM, and technology teams to ensure integrations (Salesforce forms, Calendly, tracking tools) function correctly.
- Liaise with technical teams to log, track, and resolve tech-related issues on the website — the bridge between business/content requirements and technical execution.
- Plan and design landing page layouts based on content provided, applying UX principles for clarity, usability, and conversion — using existing templates and modules in HubSpot and Unbounce, not custom builds.
- Build and manage landing pages directly in HubSpot and Unbounce, and manage ongoing content updates in Sitecore.
- Maintain overall website content health — SEO foundations, content accuracy, UX best practices — and drive ongoing structural optimisation and content updates.
- Conduct regular audits to identify content gaps, compliance issues, and friction points in the customer enquiry/enrolment journey.
- Optimise homepages and key landing pages to improve lead capture, enquiry generation, and conversion performance.
- Support website launches, ensuring CRM connections and tracking integrations are functioning correctly, in coordination with technical teams.
- Train internal teams and stakeholders; create documentation and recordings to support ongoing website content management.
- Work closely with the Content Strategist to align website structure, page templates, and user journeys with content strategy; upload content provided by the content writer.
Experience
- 5–8+ years in digital marketing, web content management, or digital platform/product ownership.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience building and managing pages on HubSpot, plus content management experience on Sitecore — this combination is non-negotiable for this role. IMPORTANT
- Experience working across marketing, CRM, and technical stakeholders, acting as the coordination point between them.
- Experience managing website migrations or digital transformation projects from a product/content ownership perspective — coordinating with technical teams who handle the actual build.
- Experience within education or multi-brand organisations is a plus, not a requirement.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations (Salesforce, Calendly, or similar) is a plus.
