We are looking for a customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing inbound and outbound calls, supporting order fulfilment and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a service-oriented role with no sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
· Confirm orders, conduct follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
· Resolve customer queries related to products, delivery and orders.
· Coordinate with operations for order status and dispatch updates.
· Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
· Represent the Neopot brand with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications & Skills
· 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
· Excellent Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
· Basic knowledge of Excel, email and WhatsApp.
· Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
· Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
