Job Description :
- Conduct routine clinical audits to assess adherence with internal/external standards and defined guidelines.
- Evaluate clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, addressing gaps or inconsistencies.
- Draft comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and follow-up steps.
- Track and assess the effectiveness of corrective measures.
- Stay informed on evolving regulatory requirements, clinical standards and guidelines and lead efforts to align organizational practices accordingly.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS).
- Certification as a Clinical Auditor or similar relevant certification is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
