Sales Manager – Domestic & International Sales Organic

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Domestic & International Sales to lead business development for our Organic Products and Organic Soybean Meal (OSBM) business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in domestic and export sales, customer acquisition, international market development, and commodity trading.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand domestic and international markets.
- Generate new business opportunities and manage key customer relationships.
- Drive sales of Organic Products and Organic Soybean Meal (OSBM).
- Identify and develop export markets and overseas buyers.
- Handle price negotiations, contracts, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely order execution.
- Participate in domestic and international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans.
Requirements
- Experience in Organic Products, Agricultural Commodities, Oilseeds, Soybean Meal, Animal Feed, or Agri Exports is highly preferred.
- Strong network of domestic buyers and international importers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
