We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive who can manage day-to-day digital marketing activities, support social media planning, and help grow our online presence across different platforms.
The ideal candidate should have basic experience in digital marketing, social media calendar planning, WordPress, SEO, and marketing strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete digital marketing calendar for Instagram, social media, and other online platforms.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and promotional content.
Assist in creating content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, website, emailers, and other marketing channels.
Work on WordPress website updates, including product/service pages, blogs, basic edits, and content uploads.
Support SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page SEO, blog optimization, meta titles, meta descriptions, and website content improvement.
Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and campaign results.
Help in planning and executing digital marketing strategies for brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives, captions, reels, and campaign requirements.
Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to improve marketing ideas.
Support paid and organic marketing activities as needed.
Maintain reports for weekly/monthly marketing performance.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of Instagram marketing, social media management, and content planning.
Good understanding of WordPress.
Basic SEO knowledge is required.
Ability to plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Good communication and writing skills.
Basic understanding of marketing strategies and brand positioning.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in wellness, lifestyle, spiritual, retail, or e-commerce brands will be an added advantage.
Basic Canva knowledge is preferred.
Understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools will be a plus.
Role Summary:
This role is suitable for someone who is creative, organised, and eager to grow in the field of digital marketing. The candidate should be able to support daily marketing execution while also contributing fresh ideas for brand visibility and engagement.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
