We are hiring Hull Outfitting Supervisorin our Goa Branch
Candidate shall responsible for
- Fitment & welding of subject items and avoid distortion/misalignment/bucking during after welding process
- Subject items should fitted and welded strictly as per drawing
- Providing expertise in the specification, design, detailing, and cost analysis of various spaces and systems.
- Leading, managing, and supporting teams of outfitting welders, fitters, fabricators ensuring efficient workflows and effective communication.
- Ensuring that all installations and procedures comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Identifying and resolving quality issues, design flaws, and construction problems
- Strong knowledge of hull construction, outfitting systems, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
We prefer experienced candidates who can join immediately.
