Role Overview:
We're looking for an Instructional Content Writer who can create clear, engaging, and pedagogically sound learning content across K12 and corporate/eLearning training programs. We welcome both experienced professionals from the learning industry and freshers with a strong command of English who are keen to build a career in instructional writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and structure instructional content for K12 curriculum, eLearning courses, training manuals, and assessments
- Translate subject-matter expert (SME) input into learner-friendly content aligned with instructional design principles
- Adapt content and tone appropriately for different age groups — from K12 learners to adult corporate audiences
- Ensure content is accurate, well-structured, and appropriate for the target audience's learning level
- Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and graphic designers to build cohesive learning modules
- Apply established learning frameworks (e.g., Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE) to structure content effectively
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency
- Adapt writing style across formats: scripts for videos, module text, assessments, job aids, and summaries.
Required Skills:
- Master's degree in English (required)
- Excellent command of written English — grammar, vocabulary, tone, and clarity are non-negotiable
- Strong research and comprehension skills to simplify complex subject matter
- Ability to write for diverse audiences and learning levels, including K12 students
Experience Options:
- Experienced Candidates (2+ years)
- Prior experience in instructional/content writing within the K12, learning, or eLearning industry
- Teaching experience (especially at the K12 level) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with instructional design models and LMS content formats
- Freshers
- No prior industry experience required
- Must demonstrate exceptional written English through a writing sample/test
- Genuine interest in building a career in instructional design and content writing, including K12 content
- Strong willingness to learn instructional frameworks and eLearning content standards

Qualifications:
Master's degree in English (mandatory)
Teaching experience (K12 or otherwise) is an added advantage
0–2+ years of experience (freshers with excellent language skills are encouraged to apply)
