Job Title: Tally Trainer

Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Tally Trainer to deliver high-quality training in accounting and Tally software. The ideal candidate will mentor learners, design practical training programs, and help build strong accounting and financial management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Tally ERP / Tally Prime and accounting concepts
- Teach topics such as bookkeeping, GST, payroll, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Develop course materials, assignments, and practical exercises
- Provide hands-on guidance and real-time accounting scenarios to learners
- Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and Tally features
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Tally software
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP, GST filing, and inventory management
- Familiarity with payroll and financial reporting processes
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
Experience:
1–5 years (training or relevant industry experience preferred)
