Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Define and execute the company's long-term vision, strategy, and growth plans.
2. Lead overall business operations and ensure organizational objectives are achieved.
3. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion opportunities.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders.
5. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
6. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across all departments.
7. Ensure efficient execution of projects, operations, and business initiatives.
8. Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative business strategies.
9. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
10. Establish and maintain company policies, processes, and governance standards.
11. Make key strategic decisions to support sustainable business growth.
12. Represent the company at meetings, conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
13. Foster a positive, performance-driven, and collaborative work culture.
14. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
15. Report business performance and strategic progress to the Board of Directors/Management.
Key Requirements
