Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Design Architect to lead conceptual planning, architectural design development, and project coordination for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural drawings
· Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams
· Ensure compliance with municipal regulations and approval requirements
· Review design feasibility, project specifications, and material selections
· Attend client meetings and present design concepts
· Work closely with project execution teams for design implementation
· Monitor design quality and project timelines
· Support authority approvals and documentation submissions
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
· Good understanding of local building regulations and development norms
· Excellent design presentation and communication skills
· Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
Qualification
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
Pay: ₹9,996.52 - ₹37,842.31 per month
Work Location: In person
