We are now looking for a Marketplace Growth Manager to accelerate our presence and performance on leading e-commerce platforms.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for maximizing product visibility, driving sales, and improving ROI across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
This includes catalog management, content optimization, ad campaign execution, and sales performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Identify new marketplace opportunities and onboard products where relevant.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth levers.
2. Catalog & Listing Management
Create, manage, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, A+ content).
Ensure SEO-friendly product content to improve organic ranking within marketplaces.
Maintain accurate product inventory, pricing, and offers across all platforms.
3. Advertising & Performance Marketing
Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, and other marketplace-specific campaigns.
Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and targeting.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, conversion rate, ACOS/ROAS, and sales growth.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Recommend optimizations based on data and platform trends.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with creative, content, and brand teams to ensure listings reflect brand voice & guidelines.
Coordinate with operations and supply chain for inventory and order fulfillment efficiency.
Liaise with marketplace account managers for promotional opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplace operations and ads.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace tools.
Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, Flipkart PLA, and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with marketplace analytics tools preferred.
Creative mindset for crafting compelling product content.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
