We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. The HR Manager will ensure a positive work environment and support the organization's growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Conduct performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations preferred.
