Designation: Video Editor intern
Location: Gurgaon, India (work from office only)
MoreTasks is looking for a video editing intern to support the social media and creative team. This role is ideal for someone who loves short-form content, understands current social media trends, and can help create engaging edits for reels, campaigns, and branded assets. The intern will work closely with design and content teams to edit videos, support content planning, and help maintain a consistent and polished social media output.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
2. Create reels, promotional videos, teasers, behind-the-scenes edits, and social assets
3. Support content calendar planning and organization
4. Work with AI footage, motion graphics, captions, music, transitions, and overlays
5. Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver on time
6. Generate high-quality AI videos
7. Resize and adapt content for different platforms and formats
8. Help manage the creative pipeline for social media assets
9. Stay updated on editing trends, viral formats, and platform behaviour.
10. Maintain brand consistency and quality across all edits
11. Take feedback well and make quick revisions when needed
Must have skills:
Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects
AI capabilities:
1. This role should also be AI-friendly and efficiency-driven
2. Using AI-assisted tools for faster rough cuts, scene detection, and clip organization
3. Generating automated captions, subtitles, and voiceovers where useful
4. Using AI for background cleanup, smart trimming, audio enhancement, and basic visual fixes
5. Exploring generative AI for thumbnails, supporting assets, and creative variations
6. Using AI to reduce repetitive editing work while maintaining quality
7. Being open to learning how AI can support content production without replacing creativity
What success looks like:
1. Video content is edited efficiently and delivered on time
2. Reels feel polished, engaging, and brand-aligned
3. Content calendar support is consistent and reliable

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
