Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer (Fresher) who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, attention to detail, and a strong interest in visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Assist in branding, logo, and identity design projects
- Create posters, banners, and marketing collaterals
- Work on reels/thumbnails/basic motion graphics (optional but preferred)
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and campaigns
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and aesthetics
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of design tools like:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva (optional but useful)
- Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Creative mindset with willingness to learn
- Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
- Portfolio (college projects / internships / personal work)
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Interest in branding and visual identity
- Understanding of social media trends
