About the Role -
As a Sr. BDR, you will operate at the intersection of business development, data analysis, and growth operations. This role goes beyond traditional BD — you will design and execute scalable outbound engines, build data-backed experiments, optimize funnels, and drive high-quality top-of-funnel conversations.

What You’ll Do -
- Lead Generation & ICP Work -
- Define, refine and expand our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) using data and market signals.
- Build high-quality target lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, Clearbit, and internal datasets.
- Run deep research on companies & decision-makers to personalize outreach.
- Outbound Growth & Campaigns
- Plan and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns — Email, LinkedIn, Calls, Twitter, communities.
- Write high-conversion cold emails backed by research, insights, and user motivations.
- Create scalable playbooks for outbound, including templates, cadences, and workflows.
- Growth Experiments & Funnel Optimization
- Identify drop-offs in the outbound meeting pipeline revenue funnels.
- Run A/B tests across messaging, ICP segments, channels, and call scripts.
- Build dashboards to track conversion metrics, reply rates, meeting rates, and efficiency.
- Sales Support & Revenue Ops
- Join demos, take notes, and ensure clean handoff between top-of-funnel and closers.
- Maintain tight CRM hygiene and track experiments/document learnings.
- Work with product, success, and marketing to surface insights from customer conversations.
- Demand Generation Projects
- Build small-scale growth experiments (micro-landing pages, forms, workflows, sequences).
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks through Zapier, spreadsheets, HubSpot workflows.
- Support partnerships, ecosystem plays, community-led growth, and referral loops.
What We Want -
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, growth operations, or business development.
- Strong analytical mindset — you think in funnels, data, experiments, and conversion metrics.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, Notion, Zapier.
- Strong communication skills — clear writing, structured thinking, crisp articulation.
- Ability to run deep research and craft highly personalized outreach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, zero-hand-holding startup environment.
- Passion for B2B SaaS, GTM, and building scalable systems. Bonus:
- Experience in non-paid demand generation (outbound, partnerships, community).
- Experience building dashboards, running A/B tests, or managing outreach workflows.
