JOB OVERVIEW
Talati & Partners LLP is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction and site execution activities for high-end residential projects.
The role involves overseeing site execution, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction and finishing activities.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
Technical & Drawing Coordination
- Read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors for technical requirements.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper implementation of approved drawings and details at site.
Quality Control
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of construction.
- Ensure construction and finishing standards are maintained.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions.
Contractor & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor manpower, productivity and work progress.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Coordinate material requirements and deliveries.
Project Monitoring & Documentation
- Monitor project schedules and site progress.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Verify measurements and quantities of completed works.
- Assist in checking contractor bills and maintaining site documentation.
- Escalate delays, technical issues and project risks to the management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Experience in high-end residential, luxury residential, villas, bungalows or premium projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing works and site execution.
- Good understanding of architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Strong contractor and site management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
