Job Summary
Caviar Homes is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimation & Production Planning Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing customer quotations, creating production plans for aluminium and uPVC windows, preparing billing documents, and confirming purchase indents (PI) for glass.
No prior experience in window estimation software is required. We will provide complete training on our software and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotations accurately and on time.
- Create production plans and fabrication details for aluminium and uPVC windows.
- Prepare customer bills and related documentation.
- Generate and confirm Purchase Indents (PI) for glass and other materials.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, purchase, and accounts teams.
- Maintain project records and ensure all documents are accurate.
- Meet quotation and production planning deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field), or
- Graduate with good computer knowledge, or
- Experienced computer operator with strong MS Excel and data entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers is essential.
- Good numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new software and company processes.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Training
Complete training will be provided on our estimation and production planning software. Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Location
Amritsar, Punjab
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
