Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Manager Account Payable Knowledge Management The Process Trainer Accounts Payable is responsible for delivering end-to-end training for the Accounts Payable (AP) process with a strong focus on SAP systems. The role ensures consistent process understanding compliance and performance by designing delivering and evaluating training programs for new hires lateral hires and existing team members. The trainer works closely with process owners quality teams and operations to drive continuous improvement and knowledge enhancement. Responsibilities: - Training Delivery & Facilitation - Deliver classroom virtual and on-the-job training sessions for Accounts Payable processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2 P). - Conduct SAP-focused training covering transaction processing system navigation and reporting related to AP activities. - Facilitate refresher training cross-skilling and upskilling sessions for existing team members. - Process & Content Development - Develop and maintain training materials such as process decks SO Ps job aids quick reference guides and assessments. - Customize training content based on process changes SAP upgrades audit requirements and client expectations. - Ensure training documentation is up to date and aligned with standard operating procedures. - Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with Operations Quality and Transition teams to understand process updates and performance gaps. - Support new process transitions and migrations by conducting readiness training and knowledge transfer sessions. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for AP processes and SAP-related queries. - Performance Measurement & Quality support - Conduct training assessments certification tests and readiness evaluations. - Track training effectiveness through feedback test scores and performance metrics. - Provide floor support during hypercare periods and assist teams in resolving process or system-related issues. - Compliance & Continuous Improvement - Ensure training aligns with internal controls audit guidelines and compliance requirements. - Identify improvement opportunities in process execution and recommend training interventions.
