Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
