About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing BIM team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, coordinating, and managing MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare LOD 200, 300, 350, and 400 models as per project requirements.
- Create detailed shop drawings, layouts, and coordinated construction documentation.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural and structural disciplines using Navisworks.
- Generate schedules, quantities, and BOQs from BIM models.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
- Review drawings and models for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Good knowledge of Navisworks Manage for clash detection.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD, and project workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹29,090.62 - ₹50,106.79 per month
