We are looking for a Customer Service Intern who will be the first point of contact for students and parents. The role involves handling inquiries, building trust, and ensuring a smooth counseling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries
- Communicate with students and parents professionally
- Understand student needs and guide them to relevant services
- Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions
- Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain records of inquiries and interactions
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English)
- Confident and polite personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers patiently
- Interest in customer service and sales
