As a key member of our HR team, you will:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for textile manufacturing and corporate functions.
* Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
* Source and attract top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
* Build talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
* Drive recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience recruiting for textile, garment, spinning, weaving, processing, apparel, or manufacturing industries.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
