Personal Assistant (PA) – Job Description Job Title: Personal Assistant Department: Admin / Executive Support Reporting To: Owner / Director Job Summary A Personal Assistant provides administrative and personal support to the owner/director, helping manage daily tasks, schedules, communication, and coordination to ensure smooth business and personal operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative Support Manage daily schedule, meetings, and appointments Handle emails, calls, and correspondence Maintain files, records, and documents 2. Coordination & Follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams and external clients Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion Assist in project/workflow management 3. Travel & Event Management Book travel (flights, hotels, transport) Plan meetings, events, and business visits 4. Personal Support Assist with personal errands (if required) Manage confidential tasks and information Handle day-to-day personal planning 5. Documentation & Reporting Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries Maintain data in Excel/Google Sheets Generate invoices, PDFs, or basic MIS reports (if needed)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
