Social Media Manager

Agency Experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to plan engaging content
- Be camera-friendly and confident in creating or appearing in video content (Shorts, brand videos, etc.)
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance using tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and native platform insights
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions
- Handle both B2B and B2C client accounts with strategic execution
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in social media management (Agency experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, video content, paid ads, and content strategy
- Camera-friendly with confidence in on-screen content creation.
- Strong analytical ability to track results and optimize campaign performance
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, software.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
