Academic Support & Training:
- povide subject-specific guidance and mentoring to teachers.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Support teachers in lesson planning, teaching methodologies, and classroom management.
- Design academic plans, yearly planners, and micro-schedules.
- Align teaching practices with CBSE learning outcomes and competencies.
- Content Development
- Develop worksheets, question banks, assignments, and assessment tools.
- Review and upgrade teaching materials as per current CBSE patterns.
- Support digital content creation where required.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate in the relevant subject (M.Sc./M.A./M.Com. etc.)
- B.Ed. (mandatory for school-level roles)
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools
- Prior experience as a trainer/resource person is preferred
