Assess patients’ physical conditions through clinical examination and history taking
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Implement physiotherapy interventions such as:
Exercise therapy
Manual therapy
Electrotherapy techniques
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
Educate patients and caregivers about home exercise programs and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other healthcare professionals
