About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and recruitment trackers.
- Participate in employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Help draft job postings and internship announcements.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to HR operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment tools.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and employee lifecycle.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
