Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understand client needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Understand client business objectives and provide suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for clients and management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
