We are a real estate consultancy based in Sector 123, Mohali, looking for an experienced Telecaller cum Sales Executive with proven experience in real estate calling.
Your primary objective will be:
Calling leads and converting them into confirmed office visits.
Freshers are strictly not allowed.
Key Responsibilities (KRA – Key Result Areas)
- Lead Calling & Follow-up
- Call assigned property leads daily.
- Handle buyer objections confidently.
- Maintain structured follow-up system.
- Convert minimum target number of leads into confirmed office appointments.
- Ensure visit confirmation through call and WhatsApp follow-up.
- Understand buyer requirement (budget, location, loan eligibility).
- Align prospects with available inventory.
- Coordinate smoothly with management for visit scheduling.
- Maintain Online Listings & Page Management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
