We are looking for a Business Development Executive with expertise in freelance platforms to generate high-quality projects and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and similar platforms.
Identify relevant projects and submit high-converting proposals.
Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements.
Handle bidding, negotiations, and project acquisition.
Build a strong sales pipeline through freelance marketplaces.
Coordinate with internal teams for project estimation and delivery discussions.
Maintain platform profiles and ensure strong response rates.
Achieve monthly project acquisition and revenue targets.
Track leads, proposals, and conversions through regular reporting.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in Upwork bidding, freelancing sales, or IT business development.
Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
Proven track record of winning projects through freelance platforms.
Understanding of software development, web development, mobile applications, AI, or IT services.
Ability to manage multiple proposals and client conversations simultaneously.
