Order Pickup & Delivery
- Pick up orders from warehouses, restaurants, or stores on time
- Deliver items to customers safely and within the given timeline
- Verify order details before dispatch and at delivery

- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries
- Use GPS/navigation apps to avoid delays and traffic
3. Customer Service
- Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers
- Handle customer queries or concerns during delivery
- Ensure proper handover of goods and collect signatures if required
4. Payment Handling
- Collect cash payments or ensure digital payment completion
- Handle cash responsibly and submit it as per company policy
5. Vehicle Maintenance
- Keep the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) in good condition
- Ensure regular fuel, servicing, and cleanliness
6. Safety Compliance
- Follow traffic rules and safety regulations
- Wear helmet and protective gear at all times
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain delivery logs and records
- Report delivery status, delays, or issues to the supervisor
8. Time Management
- Manage multiple deliveries efficiently
- Meet daily delivery targets and deadlines
9. Handling Goods
- Ensure items are handled carefully to avoid damage
- Maintain quality and condition of products during transit
10. Coordination
- Coordinate with dispatch team or warehouse staff
- Update real-time delivery status through apps or calls
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
