We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Business Analyst who has strong skills in business requirement gathering, web development fundamentals, and system documentation. The ideal candidate understands both business needs and technical constraints, can translate user requirements into clear specifications, and collaborates with developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Location: Bihar ( Patna/ Buxar)

Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with stakeholders, end-users, and various departments to understand business needs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling ability.
- Conduct requirement analysis, workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Understand basics of front-end and back-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases).
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible.
- Work with cross-functional teams – developers, QA, design, and project managers.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong in creating PowerPoint presentations. (HUGE PLUS!!)
- Qualification:BCA, MCA, B.Tech (CS/IT) or related discipline.
- Experience working with IT/e-Governance projects in Bihar or other government environments (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Time management and ownership of tasks.
- Ability to analyze processes and propose solutions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and progress summaries.
