Bull and Bear Academy is a leading digital marketing training institute focused on practical learning and career-oriented training. We are looking for an energetic and confident Student Counselor to guide students and help them choose the right career path in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins
- Explain course details, fees, curriculum, and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain student enquiry records and daily follow-up reports
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic team
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Conduct counseling sessions professionally and confidently
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing courses is preferred
- Strong convincing and counseling skills
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups effectively
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills:
- Telecalling or counseling experience
- CRM or Excel knowledge
Pay: ₹11,006.33 - ₹25,000.00 per month
