Your Role & Responsibilities*
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Interact with customers via calls, chat, and digital platforms
Communicate primarily in *English* (regional languages are a bonus)
Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions
Handle CRM tools, web chat systems, and customer databases
Engage with prospects through platforms like LinkedIn
Maintain proper records of interactions and follow-ups
