About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive / AI Search Optimization Specialist who understands both traditional SEO and the future of AI-powered search. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in improving organic rankings, technical SEO, and optimizing content to appear in AI search platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other generative search engines.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search visibility.
* Optimize websites for Google Search and Google AI Overviews.
* Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for AI search platforms.
* Improve website visibility across AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Copilot.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify content opportunities.
* Create SEO-focused content briefs and collaborate with content writers.
* Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site performance issues.
* Optimize on-page SEO elements including titles, meta descriptions, schema, internal linking, and content structure.
* Build high-quality backlinks and execute ethical off-page SEO campaigns.
* Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
* Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
* Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and the latest AI search trends.
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms and ranking factors.
* Hands-on experience with Technical SEO.
* Experience with Google AI Overviews optimization.
* Knowledge of AI Search Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
* Expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
* Strong keyword research and content strategy skills.
* Experience with schema markup and structured data.
* Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
