### Mandatory Skills
- Databricks Implementation & Delivery
- Fixed Price Project Delivery
- ETL Tools (Informatica, DataStage, Ab Initio, SSIS)
- Azure / AWS / Snowflake / Databricks
- Stakeholder Management
- Team Leadership (35–50 Members)
What We're Looking For
- 12–15 years of IT experience with strong Technical Project Management expertise.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Data & Analytics projects.
- Strong understanding of Databricks implementation and cloud data platforms.
- Experience managing Fixed Price projects from planning to successful delivery.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
