Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-oriented and energetic Sales Lady to join our team. As the face of our shop, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, assisting them in selecting premium dates, nuts, and related confectionery, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the shop.
- Understand customer preferences and guide them through our selection of premium dates, nuts, dried fruits, and gift boxes.
- Offer product recommendations, explain different varieties, and actively cross-sell or up-sell items.
- Provide samples to customers to encourage sales (where applicable).
- Store Merchandising & Upkeep:
- Ensure all display counters and shelves are well-stocked, neatly organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor product freshness and expiry dates, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out).
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards across the retail floor and tasting stations.
- Billing & Transactions:
- Accurately weigh, pack, and label dates and nuts according to customer requests.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or the food and beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.
- Skills: * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for weighing products and handling billing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in kannada

Pay: ₹9,884.44 - ₹15,854.31 per month
