We are seeking a React Application Technical Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for React-based web and mobile applications during US business hours (night shift in India). The role focuses on troubleshooting UI, API, and production issues, supporting deployments, and ensuring application stability. The ideal candidate will have strong React fundamentals, frontend debugging skills, and excellent English communication to work closely with US clients and internal teams.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 technical support for React.js applications in production and UAT environments.
Troubleshoot frontend, API integration, and performance issues.
Analyze application logs, browser console errors, and monitoring alerts.
Coordinate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve incidents.
Participate in incident bridge calls and provide real-time updates to US stakeholders.
Support deployments, hotfixes, and post-release validations.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive action planning.
Maintain accurate ticket updates, documentation, and shift handover reports.
Ensure SLA adherence and application availability during night shift operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in React.js application support or development.
Strong knowledge of React components, hooks, state management, and lifecycle.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
Experience debugging REST APIs using tools like Postman.
Familiarity with Git, Jira, and CI/CD workflows.
Basic understanding of backend systems and cloud environments.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Willingness to work in US night shifts and handle on-call support.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with React Native or mobile app support.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Exposure to monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise applications.

Shift: US Night Shift (IST: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM / 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid / Remote
On-call: As required for critical incidents

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
